Therefore, it is not recommended to use the event "EVT_AUDIO_CHANGE" with the 2216 and 3905 to trigger and terminate recording. (NGX board only) IPX Only - When decoding ShoreTel the PBX parameter “Do you always wish to use 5004 as media port?” must be disabled in order to report events correctly. - Due to the firmware changes once an IPX board has been installed on a system running SmartWORKS 3.9, this board can no longer be installed on a system running version 3.8 or earlier. - Once a signaling protocol has been enabled, it remains running as the board's default state. Should the user application close, then re-open and invoke this function the MT_RET_INTERNAL_ERROR is returned. To prevent this from occurring, the user application should disable all board settings while closing the application. Then, once the application opens settings can be re-enabled. This impacts the following: MTIpEnable/DisableSignalingProtocol() MTIpEnable/DisableCCEventReporting() MTIpEnable/DisableDChannelEventReporting() - If the user replaces an IPX board in the system or re-installs SmartWORKS, SmartWF will display 0.0.0 000 as firmware and build version. For the 3.8 release, the firmware file does not contain a revision number. - The following issues have been noted when tapping Avaya IP networks: 1. Occasionally, a phone can be disconnected, but then reconnected before the EVT_STATION_REMOVED event is reported. In this scenario, if the IP address of the phone is the same, the IPX will not recognize this as a new phone. Should the port number on the phone change, the IPX reports the old port number. 2. When an incoming call is present on the line, should the user press a function button rather than answer the call, incorrect call state information is reported by the IPX. (IP Office only) 3. When a call is placed on hold, the EVT_CC_HELD event is not reported. (IP Office only)
