(Audiocodes사 자회사)는 WordALERT™시스템을
정식 출시한다고 발포하였다.
이 제품은 음성녹취 과정에 검색어에 대한 실시검색기능을 구현하도록 개발되어 있다.
WordALERT는 Ai-Logix사의 SmartWORKS계열제품과 Natural Speech
Communication(NSC)사의 음성인식 제품을 유기적을 결합시켜 사용자가 통화과정에 대한 모니터링
기능을 더한층 완벽히 구현해 줄수 있을뿐더러 검색어가 포함된 통화를 제시간에 검출해내여 고객관리 시스템
효율을 대폭 늘여주고 있다.
개발자는 WordALERT
SDK를 통하여 보다 편이하게 개발을 진행할수 있다.
WordALERT시스템은 2.80GHz 이상 컴퓨터 사양에서 사용 권장, SmartWORKS
LD409A,NSC4,SDK,US English지원 데모프로그램 등이 포함되어 있으며, Windows
XP에서 작동이 가능하다.

WordALERT는 16채널
동시 검색, 4개 아날로그 포트 녹취파일 재생, 언어사용법 설정, 다양한 언어 지원 등 기능들이 탑재되어
있으며, 채널이 많을 경우에는 여러가지 언어에 대한 동시지원도 가능하게 디자인 되어있다.
