WordALERT DEMO는 2004년 9월 14일~15일에 미국뉴욕시에서 열리게 되는 SpeechTEC전시회[부스:716]에 참여하여 출시되며 전시회에서 네트웍전화시스템 지속적통화녹취와 모니터링 과정에 대한 완벽한 검색기능 데모를 출시하게 된다.

WordALERT자동콜녹음기능은 사용자의 전반통화 모니터링에 사용할수 있을뿐더러 실시감청을 수행하는 과정에 사용자에게 검색어검출시 제시를 줄수도 있다. 예를 들어 경쟁사의 이름, 카운터/ID 삭제 등 어구들을 검색어로 설정하여 이러한 검색어가 들어간 통화를 실시검출해내여 적시적으로 처리 가능토록 도와줄 수 있다.

WordALERT Developer's Kit는 SmartWORKS계열의 LD제품, NSC사 제품, SDKs, 미국식영어로 개발된 데이타베이스와 DEMO로 구성된다. WordALERT Station Logging Kit에는 SmartWORKS계열 NGX2400보드와 NSCboard-12보드로 구성되며 WordALERT Trunk Logging Kit는 DP3209보드,NSCboard-12보드로 구성되어 있다. 이상 세가지 계열제품은 콜녹음시 검색어에 대한 검출기능을 완벽히 제공하고 있으며 10월말에 시장에 정식투입하게 된다.
